This first-time-ever experience invites just 38 guests to gather around the table for a thoughtfully curated tasting created by Chef Thomas Mikesell. The evening begins with warm edamame draped in “angry butter,” followed by artful sushi offerings including Caterpillar and Dragon rolls paired with Roo wines selected to complement each bite. The journey continues with miso-sake marinated seabass layered with bright yuzu, black garlic, kimchi, and delicate micro lavender, then a vibrant Thai-style Padkraw with holy basil and bird’s eye chili, finishing with a refreshing sesame and citrus bok choy salad filled with garden vegetables and crisp textures. Each course is paired with a Roo wine, allowing the flavors to unfold like a peaceful garden in bloom. With only 38 seats available and a price of $150 per guest, this special evening promises a rare fusion of Asian inspiration and North Georgia wine country hospitality.
